H2M Sports, in partnership with Associação Atlética Portuguesa - RJ, manages the club's youth teams and is responsible for the selection of athletes, orientation, training, matches and negotiation with other clubs and partners.

With an excelent infrastructure for preparing and conducting training and matches, our athletes can develop their skills and gain prominence in football.

Several successful "cases" are already part of our history, with athletes revealed to clubs of great expression such as Vasco, Juventude, Athletico Paranaense, Vitória-BA, Botafogo and internationally to Boavista from Portugal.
